Sea World Spooky Nights runs on 17, 23, 24, 30 and 31 October 2026. Choose your preferred night and pre-book your event admission.

Sea World Spooky Nights runs from 5:30pm to 8:30pm on each event night. Allow extra time for parking and entry so you’re ready to enjoy the evening. There may also be short delays exiting the car park at the end of the night, so allow a little extra time for your journey home.

Planning to visit Sea World during the day too? With valid Sea World daytime admission or a Village Roadshow Annual Pass, plus Spooky Nights admission for that date, you can arrive during normal park operating hours. Present both forms of admission on arrival to receive a wristband.

A Spooky Nights ticket alone doesn’t include daytime entry.

Parking is available in Sea World’s carpark. Alternative parking is available in designated council parking locations on Seaworld Drive. Park only in permitted areas and follow our team’s directions.

Allow extra time to arrive, park and get organised before the event starts at 5:30pm. There may be short delays leaving the carpark at the end of the night.

There are no Spooky Nights courtesy buses. Public buses and taxis offer other ways to travel to and from Sea World.

No. There are no pass-outs at Sea World Spooky Nights. Once you leave the event, you can’t re-enter, so bring what your family needs for the evening.

Yes. Sea World Spooky Nights continues in wet weather. During lightning or severe thunderstorms, rides and attractions may be temporarily suspended until it’s safe to operate.

Yes. Costumes are welcome at Sea World Spooky Nights. Choose something comfortable for walking and enjoying the evening.

Dangerous items and weapons aren’t permitted. Some costume pieces may need to be removed for rides, so check the requirements for your chosen attractions.

Light face make-up is welcome. Make-up that prevents facial identification isn’t permitted, and heavy make-up must be removed before entry.

No. Decorative full-face coverings of any kind aren’t permitted at Sea World Spooky Nights and must be removed before entry.

You’re welcome to join the fun in a costume and light face make-up that keeps your face identifiable.

Stroller and wheelchair hire is available at Sea World. Wheelchair hire is complimentary with ID, and availability is limited, so pre-booking with Guest Services is recommended.

The line-up includes the Monster Mayhem Laser Lightshow, ONE Dolphin Presentation, pirate entertainment and Halloween appearances by Nickelodeon characters. Check back before your visit if a time hasn’t yet been published.
