Lost & Found
If you've lost or found something, please visit Guest Services or you can give them a call on (07) 5588 2178.
First Aid
Registered Nurses staff the First Aid Centre. Personal medical equipment and refrigerated medication can be stored here, but everyday-use items are not provided.
Stroller/Wheelchair hire
Wheelchair hire is complimentary.
A form of ID is required. A limited number of wheelchairs are available, so we recommend you pre-book with Guest Services. Please note due to limited number of wheelchairs, we can only hold reservations for a period of 1 hour maximum, after your advised arrival time. If you are running late and will arrive after the hour grace period please contact the Guest Services office on +61 7 5588 2178.
Electronic Lockers
Lockers are available for hire on Top Terrace, adjacent to Dockside Tavern & Castaway Bay.
